How we stand behind a watch
At these values, trust is the whole product. Here is exactly what we commit to, and what we do not.
What we guarantee
- Genuine articles. Every watch we sell is a genuine manufacturer product. We do not deal in replicas, homages or aftermarket-cased pieces.
- Brand new and unworn. Unless a listing explicitly says otherwise, the watch has never been worn.
- Accurate description. The reference, materials, dial and bracelet described on the product page are what you receive.
- Inspect on delivery. You check the watch before you pay. If the piece does not match its description, you do not take it.
Box, papers and warranty card
Inclusion of the original box, papers and warranty card varies by piece. We do not claim a full set unless we have one. Ask us on WhatsApp about a specific reference and we will tell you precisely what accompanies it, in writing, before you commit.
Manufacturer warranty
Where a watch carries a valid manufacturer warranty card, that warranty is serviced by the manufacturer's own network, not by us. We will tell you the card status of any piece on request.
Independent verification
You are welcome to have any watch checked by a watchmaker of your choosing before completing the purchase. We would rather you were certain.
We are an independent dealer
Wristory is not an authorised dealer for and is not affiliated with Rolex, Patek Philippe, Audemars Piguet, Cartier, Richard Mille, Omega, TAG Heuer or any other manufacturer. Brand and model names identify the products we offer, nothing more.
