Are these watches genuine?

Yes. Every watch we list is a genuine manufacturer product, brand new and unworn. We do not deal in replicas. You are welcome to have any piece verified by a watchmaker of your choosing before you complete the purchase. See Authenticity & Warranty.

Are you an authorised dealer?

No. Wristory is an independent dealer and is not affiliated with any of the manufacturers whose watches we sell. We use brand and model names purely to identify the pieces we hold.

Do the watches come with box and papers?

It varies by piece, and we will not claim a full set unless we have one. Ask us about a specific reference on WhatsApp and we will confirm exactly what is included, in writing, before you commit.

The price on the site — is it final?

Prices shown are indicative. On pieces at this level the market moves, and the figure we confirm on WhatsApp is the one that stands. Message us for a firm quote on any reference.

Can I see more photos or a video?

Yes, and you should. Message us the reference on WhatsApp and we will send real photographs and video of the actual watch in stock.

How do I pay?

You inspect the watch on delivery and pay once satisfied. For payment methods on a specific order, ask us — we will confirm what works for the value involved.

Do you deliver outside Lahore?
